Your order will be shipped within 24 hours*.
We do our best to ensure that your order arrives in your mailbox as soon as possible! All packages are shipped Monday to Friday, at the latest 24 hours after receipt of your payment.* Excluding weekends, public holidays and specific periods. Please refer to the date indicated at the time of your order.
Returns
Right of withdrawal
All buyers (except professionals) benefit from a legal retraction period of 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of their order to return the product to the seller, under the seller's validation, to request a refund, an exchange or a credit note without penalty. Returns are only offered for Metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco. Please note that we will not be held responsible if the returned package is lost or cannot be found.
The return period is not accepted for all personalised products.
Return of goods
Any return of goods is subject to prior written authorisation from DILLS COMPANY. All returns must be new, in new condition, not used or modified, and in their original packaging. The goods must not have been tampered with, damaged, cut, drilled or otherwise altered by the buyer or a third party.Procedure :
- Make a request to return a product via our section: Contact us (Do not forget to mention your order number / Invoice)
- You will receive a reply from us validating your request.
- Once the return is validated by our services, you will receive an email with the tracking label for the return of the product.
- Print this label (the stamp + the tracking code).
- Pack the product in its original packaging with all its documents if the product has been opened (if the product is damaged and the product + packaging and documents are not in a resaleable condition, the DILLS COMPANY may refuse the refund or other means chosen).
- Put the product in its envelope/cardboard of reception, if this one is not reusable, please find an identical one by your care.
- Also put your order form in the envelope/cardboard.
- Close your envelope/cardboard properly and stick or tape (transparent tape) the label + its follow-up.
- Deposit your envelope/cardboard in a mailbox or at your post office.
- You will receive your refund via the same payment method you used once our team has received your product and checked its condition.
