Your account
To create your account on edsmoto.com, you must click on the "Account" button at the top right of the screen, and choose the "Create an account" option. Once you have filled in all the required fields, click on "CREATE" and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
You can also create your account when you place your first order or when you sign up for our MOTO CLUB loyalty programme.
Yes, to be able to order on edsmoto.com, you are obliged to register before making your order, the obligatory data as well as those which you informed will be safeguarded. You will have access to your personal space, in order to monitor the progress of your orders.
You can change your details directly from your personal space.
If you forget your access password, click on the link provided and enter your e-mail address. The system will send you an e-mail so that you can reset your password.
If you wish to close your edsmoto.com account, simply send an e-mail to the following address: contact@edsmoto.com, requesting closure of your personal account.
Orders
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail informing you that your order has been dispatched. Inside the e-mail, you will find details including the name of the carrier and the tracking number of your order if you have chosen a carrier with the "with tracking" option. This information will also be available on your account, so that you can check the progress of the shipment at any time on the reference carrier's website.
The discount code must be inserted in the special field on the right of the shopping basket summary page. Once the code has been inserted, click on the "Apply" button and your shopping basket will be automatically updated.
You must contact us immediately using the contact form on our website and provide the correct details for the invoice.

We ship orders to all countries in the world that are available through our delivery services.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, and during these days, EDS MOTO undertakes to process an order received within 24 hours of confirmation of payment on the site.
Orders received at weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once the order has been packed, the parcel is entrusted to the carrier, who is then responsible for delivering it to its destination. The carrier delivers within 2/4 working days in France and within 3/6 working days in the rest of the world, except in particularly isolated areas.
Delivery times may be longer in the event of bad weather, strikes or any other extraordinary event that EDS MOTO is unable to foresee.

Material
All our retro-reflective stickers are made from 3M scotchlite™, these products are guaranteed for 8 years, if you have had your product for less than 8 years here are some tips to check the effectiveness of your product:
- Remove the product from its packaging
- Stand in the dark or in a dark place
- Stand 2 metres away from the product
- Take a photo of the product using your phone's flash.
If, following these tips, the results are not satisfactory, contact us and send us the photos so that we can refund or exchange the product.
Our retro-reflective stickers are all made from 3M material that complies with the ECE R 104 E standard. The elements you see are the compulsory markings required by the standard. These markings are only visible from certain angles, so don't worry, this doesn't affect the effectiveness of the product.
Technical
Yes, you can remove them, but this requires an operation that can damage the surface.
To remove the sticker you need to heat it with a hairdryer or heat gun (to a height of more than 20cm). At the same time, pull on the product slightly to remove the sticker. Finally, use a stain remover such as Eau Ecarlate and rub with a piece of paper or cloth to remove any adhesive residue.
Please note: we cannot be held responsible for any damage to the product or the surface on which the sticker was affixed. We advise you to carry out these operations with the utmost care.
Guarantee
The legal warranty in France is 2 years. At EDS MOTO, we guarantee all our products for a minimum of 2 years.
In order to fully satisfy you and be sure of the quality of our products, here are the specific guarantees:
